First, communicate with the client about their specific requirements for the outdoor workbench. This includes confirming the color, material and style

Once the customer's needs have been determined, it is time to design the style of the bench. which is usually handled by the design department.

After the design has been approved, the process moves to confirming the order. Ensuring that both parties agree on the specifications and pricing. Once the customer pays, a sales order is sent to the factory to start the production process.

Upon receipt of the sales order, the factory begins ordering materials to produce the outdoor benches according to the agreed upon design and specifications

After producing the benches and confirming the product with the customer via video, the next step is to pack the product and transport it to the port.
